Process

A clear process, from discovery to growth.

Every project — a landing page or a full product — follows the same seven stages. You always know what's happening and what's next.

01

Discovery

We start by learning about the business: its market, its competitors, and the people it needs to reach. We talk through goals, constraints and past attempts so the project is built on a real understanding of the problem, not assumptions.

02

Strategy

Before any design work begins, we define scope, information architecture and the technical approach. This turns discovery into a concrete plan — what gets built, in what order, and on what platform — so later stages move quickly and without rework.

03

UX/UI

We design the structure first, then the interface: wireframes to settle the logic of each screen, followed by high-fidelity UI. Every screen is checked against real use cases, not just how it looks in isolation.

04

Development

The approved design is built on clean, maintainable code — WordPress and WooCommerce for content- and commerce-led sites, or a custom stack when the product needs more flexibility. Either way, the codebase is built to be extended later, not just shipped once.

05

Testing

Before anything goes live, we test functionality, devices, browsers and performance. Issues get caught and fixed here, while they're cheap to fix, rather than after launch when they cost you visitors or sales.

06

Launch

We deploy the project, configure analytics and search console, and hand over a working, documented product. You leave this stage knowing exactly how the site is built and how to keep it running.

07

Growth

Launch is a milestone, not the finish line. We keep improving the product afterwards — new features, performance and conversion optimisation, and ongoing support — so it keeps earning its place.
