A redesign that finally matched the firm's reputation.
Marchwood & Co, a professional services firm, had an outdated site that undersold the quality of their client work.
Marchwood & Co — RedesignChallenge
The firm's decade-old site used a generic template, dense text blocks and unclear navigation — prospective clients often called to ask questions the site should have answered.
Service pages read like internal documents rather than something written for a prospective client, and there was no clear path from "we found this firm" to "we understand what working with them looks like."
Solution
We restructured the content around the questions prospective clients actually ask, rebuilt the site as a clean custom WordPress theme, and gave each service its own clear, scannable page.
Navigation, headings and page structure were rebuilt to lead visitors from an initial question straight to relevant detail, so a partner could point a prospective client to a specific page instead of explaining it over the phone.
Result
The firm reported that new enquiries arrived better-informed about services and pricing expectations, and the site became something partners were comfortable linking to directly in proposals.
